d.h. Machtiging voorloopig verblijf, ist normal für den Zeitraum gedacht bis zur Aufenthalterlaubnis mit Arbeitserlaubnis
hier mal erläuterungen in englisch:
After obtaining the MVV, every visitor has to report to the foreigner registration office (VD) to request a permission for stay (VTV) within 3 days after arrival in the Netherlands. Although this in principle is not required for inhabitants of the EU/EER, it is nevertheless strongly advised to request a VTV. The VTV is valid for one year after which (at least four weeks before the end) it has to be extended. If the extension request is made too late, the visitor is considered illegal.”
The rules for obtaining a residence permit differ depending on the persons' country of origin
1. Group I: EU-countries (+ Norway + Iceland + Liechtenstein)
2. Group II: Australia, Canada, Japan, Monaco, New Zealand, the United States of America, Switzerland
3. Group III: Andorra, Argentina, Brazil, Brunei, Czech Republic, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Ecuador, El Salvador, Estonia, Guatemala, Honduras, Hungary, Israel, Jamaica, Latvia, Lithuania, Malawi, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Poland, San Marino, Singapore, Slovenia, Slovakia, South Korea, Uruguay, Vatican City, Venezuela
4. Group IV: Other countries.
For a residence permit, you will need to bring the following:
· a valid passport (or national identity card for group I)
· two recent colour passport photographs
· proof that you have sufficient means of support
· proof of accommodation
· proof of adequate medical insurance
An application for a residence permit costs € 28 for group I residents. Residents of group II countries must apply for a residence permit from the Aliens Police. They will need the documents mentioned above and will have to pay € 430. Residents of group III and IV countries must apply for a residence permit and a so-called MVV (see procedure below). They will need to arrange this with the Dutch embassy in their country before entering the Netherlands. They will also need a tuberclosis-statement.
Im Prinzip hast du recht, bei ausreichenden Mitteln +
KV ist das möglich.
