The claim that the marriage document is not transcribed in France, is a new, foolish argument:
/ Its only possible to transcribe the marrige with one french, not of two foreigners . This also confirmed the instance tribunal in Cayenne.
/ One of the reasons why we want to go to Germany, is exactly to transcribe the civil state documents
/ For the european mobility can't demanded to transcribe civil state documents
/ We dont want to stay in France, on the fly directly to Germany nor transit on land, just leave French-Guyana to a country where I.B. and his stay-right is respected
/ He said I.B. get soon a definitive stay-card, then we can travel; how they want to recognize the not-transcribed marriage for the stay-card, but not for leave ?
/ There is a convention Brasil - France about the immediate recognition of civil acts, french decr 2000-940 art. 23
/ For the circulation and stay right of european citizens family members, mariage in any country of the world is recognized, cf art. 2.1 COM(2009)313 ref Dir. 38/2004/CE For the european circulation no transcription is necessary and also would not be practicable.
