We're none-EU citizens. But we have long-term/permanent EU residence issued by Poland (living here 7+ years).
Husband (me) will move to Germany to work (Blue Card status) in April 2023.
Family will move much later (to continue education in Polish schools for our kids).

Question - what will be my level of taxation? I have a family to support, though not in Germany at the moment.
Will appreciate any tips or links (English or German).

This forum deals with questions of immigration law, not with tax law. Therefore (and because it is a bit unclear what you mean by "level") my answer with reservation: Your tax class will be 1, because neither you nor your wife are citizens of an EU or EEA country.

The amount of income tax depends on the income, this cannot be answered in a general way. However, you could use a wage tax calculator and enter your data there, e.g. https://www.n-heydorn.de/steuer.html.

Even if you are not able to get Lohnsteuerklasse 3 you maybe have other ways to reduce your income tax. But that is tax law, which can be a more complicated than even foreigner law.
