Is it possible to be issued with a 5 year residence card (non EU national) if the EU spouse has a work contract in Germany but has just worked recently for now 1 and a half months.. ( She has however lived in Germany for 3 years but lost her job during Corona so her latest pay slips can not be for the past 3 months

Employees are entiteld to freedom of movement from the first day of employment, and so are their family members. Therefore it is not mandatory to provide pay slips for three months in order to have a resdidence card issued to the non-EU family member.
