thank you for reading about my situation. I really do appreciate everyone who helps out.



So some months back I wrote about my visa situation and not finding a job. I did find a job at the end of October. They hired me and gave me a contract. At the same time I emailed the auslanderbehorde asking them to please finish the visa process so I could get this new job confirmed.



The problem was that in April, I tried to get a different job confirmed. At this point they asked for the annerkenung. By the time I got all the paperwork the job offer was taken away. In the meantime I just kept moving my appointment with the auslander into a future date. The confirmation of the new job was stopped by them waiting for this documents.



Then I messaged them in October to get this new job confirmed. They however seemed quite confused. So i explained in the email

"Ich habe die blaue Karte. Ich muss meinen Arbeitgeber aktualisieren. Könnte ich bitte einen Termin zur Abgabe der neuen Arbeitgeberdokumentation vereinbaren?"



They replied with Termin for next thursday. The situation is that the documents they are asking for are actually documents to renew my blue card not to get the employeer updated. This is part of the situation as well as my blue card will expire in February.



So now the situation is complicated. In this renewal email they want 3 months of Gehaltsnachweise. Which I don't have at all. And Secondly, my understanding is that I shouldn't have been working this new job without confirmation. So I cant provide 3 months of of Gehaltsnachweise and in my zusatzblatt it says I work for the original employer in Germany. So they will clearly notice a mismatch



So I am really confused as to how to proceed. Any advice is very welcome.

Why? Didn't you get any payslips from your employer during the last three months?

You've been working illegally. They don't appreciate that in Germany.

because I havent been there for 3 months. I was waiting for the auslanderbehorder to reply to my email.
I have a long email chain where they don't answer and then they answer confused. Even though its the same frau that has been handling my case.
