A student for specific reason after getting the GÜB, filed a case in the Verwaltunggerricht. Now, is the student obliged to get a duldung or ABH can renew the GÜB as long as they want ?
Cause, ABH hinted me that, my GÜB will be renewed but my lawyer said, take the GÜB anyway, but not to sign any papers, and he also said " you will get duldung after submitting an eileintrag ". Do I have to wait for the court to get a duldung or I'm eligible for a duldung right after I've filed the case in the court ? What is an eilantrag anyway ? |

Duldung is issued if leaving Germany is not possible or unreasonable. I donot see why it should be impossible or unreasonable for you to leave Germany. |
