I am a dutch citizen living and working in Berlin since 6 years. My fiancee is living in Quito Ecuador and is pregnant of my child(11 weeks). She is born Ecuadorian lived all her life there, she has a double nationality(also Chilean passport). I am insured with Techniker Krankenkasse(public). I am divorced in 2003 in the Netherlands(got all the official documents from court).

I want to get her to Berlin as soon as possible so she can give birth to our child here. We want to get married so she can also join my health insurance also here.

What is the best route to get her here as soon as possible with the least amount of stress?

Make an appointment with the wedding office in Copenhagen and have your fiancee meet you there using her Chilean passport to get to Denmark without a visa.

After the wedding, come back to Germany together, have her register at your address and inform your health insurance that she is to be covered as your wife. Finally your wife asks for an Aufenthaltskarte as a family member of a union citizen.

Why not let her come to Germany using her Chilean passport and travel together to Denmark to get married there and come back to Germany together and apply for a Aufenhaltskarte ? What is the difference if she would fly to Denmark instead?

I am afraid she is travelling with a lot of luggage it would actually be really uncomfortable for her. I just spoke with a lawyer specialized in eu immigration law and he says that auslanderbehorde changed their policy end of 2016 and does not allow married outside of germany anymore when this is done during a short term stay. It all has to go thru the embassy thru appointment and wedding visa :(

Why would arriving in Denmark make a difference legally, please elaborate ? Travelling from Quito to Denmark would require her to make like 3 stops and has a 24 hours travel time instead of 16 hours to Berlin so if its not really necessary we prefer not to take such a route because she is still pregnant....

Whether to go "directly" to Denmark or not is not a question of law.
You can choose the way however you want.
