I am an Indian citizen working in Netherlands. I have got a job offer from a company in Munich and my application for blue card is also approved.

I am living in Netherlands with my family and I have applied for Germany visa with Amsterdam embassy today.

They have kept the application on hold as I don't have rental agreement in Munich and it is required for family visa.

I am trying to find a house in Munich but I don't know whether that will be possible. Can you please guide me on any other possible option.

If I am moving together with my family how is it possible to already have a rental contract there?

As far as i know it is true that you have to proof them that you have enough living space for you and your family here.

You can hire a real estate agent to look for rentals in Munich for you.

It is really hard to find a house or flat in munich in a short time. Maybe your new employer can help you in finding a place to life. The other way okatomy already mentioned.
